5. Hot plate professional manufacturing, and comply with the safety standards of the national pressure vessel. With 520、600mm steel hot plate, a plurality of reinforcing ribs welded to maintain hot plate is not easily deformed.

6. Heating part use intensive pressure roller structure, the cardboard is bonded firmly, stereotypes flat.

7. Steam pipe intake port, exhaust port are arranged according to S shape, which can keep the hot plate temperature balanced and uniform

8. Heat plate control temperature segmentation to suitable for the speed adjust.

9. Heating part’s heavy pressure roller is hydraulic lifting,stable and safety.

10. Up cotton tape with manually deviation correction, with pneumatic tension. Down cotton tape with tension and left-right corrective adjustment device.

11. Driving unit with large diameter reticulate abrasion rubber, reducing belt slip and improve the stability of operation of the equipment.
