1、Feeding Unit

  • Must high accurate feeding paper, ensure high printing accuracy;
  • Adopt servo motor to control feeding shaft independently, feeding precision:± 1mm;
  • Continuous or skip feeding, suitable for large-size corrugated cardboard printing request;
  • Carton production quantity preset to 99999 and memory orders, save data;
  • Fully adjustable suction control to adapt different paper condition, improves the quality of printing;
  • Touch screen and electric button dual operating system, screen and panel operation screen easy to understand;
  • Dust suction removal section with clean brush, improves the quality of printing;

2、 Printing Unit

  • The servo controls the position between anilox roller and flexo printing plate, the adjustment accuracy stable and reliable;
  • Flexo plate mechanism:One-click hanging board positioning, screen operation;
  • Family thats the way we all became the brady
  • The phase of the printing plate roller, the box height(360°) and the axial direction are controlled by the PLC, adjusted by servo driver, and digital display can directly input the data, more convenient operate, intuitive and accurate;
  • Anilox roller automatic lifting device synchronous working with paper feeding system (By feeding paper, the anilox roller down and contact paper the Flexo plate, when stop feeding, the anilox roller up and separated with the Flexo plate);
  • The phase position of printing roller fixed device: held with a brake when the units are opened or closed, the same printing position maintained;
  • Equipped ink cleaning device save ink effectively ; Automatic ink cleaning device LX-AIC for optional (rubber roller );

3、Slotting Unit

  • Slot phase, box height, width and other movement by the servo drive computer control, with a stable, reliable, accurate;
  • Pre-pressure wheel, after the pre-press line of the cardboard is not easy to crush, the upper wheel wrapping polyurethane, will not damage the cardboard;
  • Configuration of linear rails to make the scoring wheel, guide wheel, slotted knife seat lateral movement position accurate;
  • Slot width 7mm as standard, Double-chip alloy steel sharp tooth blade, good wear resistance, adopts heat treatmented and grinded high quality;
  • Slotter uint phase adjustment mechanism, planetary gear construction;
  • Supporting lightweight material punching device;

4、 Die Cutting Unit

  • Speed difference Compensation Device: Adopts New NC system with servo motor to control die cutting heigth within +/-5mm; Make the carton size of each batch exactly the same as the model sample;
  • Anvil roller covering Urethane can mechanical transmission +-30mm, with radial different device, make the Urethane pad roller evenly, thus greatly increase the life of pad;
  • Mould roller and anvil roller can be driven individually by servo motor control(for optional); less the vibration for printing machine, Improve die cutting accuracy to +/-1.5mm;
  • Configuration of mold repair device, can be repeatedly repaired, extend service life and save costs;

5、 Stacking Unit

  • The stacking unit is linked with the main machine, The paper receiving arm moves back and forth, and trimming paper left and right;
  • Automatic & manual two operation models; paper receiving length adjustable;
  • Equipped with anti-falling heavy block to ensure safety;
  • The paper tray,pneumatic action,automatically stretches out and holds the corrugated cardboard when the cardboard is piled up to a predetermined height; Stacking height 1600mm
  • Wrinkle belt to prevent cardboard from slipping when running at high speed;
